So is Bandipur actually. However, in Bandipur there are just 2 or 3 decent places to stay. Mudumalai offers a wider choice. When I made my booking online, I chose to book only the stay and since we were traveling by car, we decided to venture out for our very own ’night safari’. The Safari Jeeps ply only on the main roads, so you don’t get to go in the quieter areas of the jungle.
